This yoga is Satyananda yoga. A classical style. The aim is to promote the integration of all aspects of experience. The main emphasis in class is on your own experience and the development of inner awareness. For this reason, most practices are done with the eyes closed and the awareness focuses in wards, lending a meditative quality to the class.
