Yoga Workshops

These workshops allow you to:

  • Experience yoga for the first time,
  • enjoy a longer session and focus on some of the specific benefits that yoga has to offer,
  • participate in practices that wouldn't normally be in a regular class.

1st November 2008, 10am - 5pm,

Presented by Swami Shankardevananda who is a yoga therapist, medical practitioner and Master of Yoga.

  • Develop a conscious relationship with your life and the world around you
  • Learn to manage your karma
  • Understand how to reduce the negative impact of negative karma
  • Create more positive and fulfilling experiences
  • Learn yogic tools including asana, pranayama and meditation to handle desires and to manage your mind.

Early bird payment by 3rd Oct is $100pp, after this date $120 pp.
