Yoga Workshops
These workshops allow you to:
- Experience yoga for the first time,
- enjoy a longer session and focus on some of the specific benefits that yoga has to offer,
- participate in practices that wouldn't normally be in a regular class.
1st November 2008, 10am - 5pm,
Presented by Swami Shankardevananda who is a yoga therapist, medical practitioner and Master of Yoga.
- Develop a conscious relationship with your life and the world around you
- Learn to manage your karma
- Understand how to reduce the negative impact of negative karma
- Create more positive and fulfilling experiences
- Learn yogic tools including asana, pranayama and meditation to handle desires and to manage your mind.
