Yoga in the workplace

Wellbeing and Workplace Yoga Classes held at your worksite during lunchtime, early morning or after work:

Yoga combines physical stretches, breathing techniques, guided visualisation and relaxation making it a complete practice.

The classes offer employees the opportunity to:

  • manage stress and anxiety
  • improve physical health
  • develop strength and flexibility
  • improve posture
  • learn how to relax and even sleep better
  • develop self confidence and increase self awareness

Having a class in the workplace provides employees with the ability to manage their well-being without the constraints of having to travel to a class.

Classes are either 45 min or 1 hour in duration. You can even run two different types of classes on the same day to cater for all of your staff.
